Agree with vsgann completely. Do the surgery get yourself a good hat and lawyer. Did you ever consider that the hair loss is due to stress of your situation ?

Yes and don't take no or some othe bs for an answer. I have gotten - it's an allergen. What allergen? Well people who can't have whey. So a dairy allergen ? They won't be having latte It clogs our steamers. No they don't you run the steamer right after. Most good baristas do. When I see them do it and messing it up I stop them immediately and refuse it.
-
No not of they steam it in the milk. If they won't steam it with the milk don't get it.

You all know starbucks sells Protein powder they're willing to steam with your milk? I get it every day. Grande skinny latte with 1 scoop protein and 2 splenda $4.40. The whey protein tastes like vanilla

Jersrose43 replied to tfarr's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I am glad. I am sure your friend meant well especially if she knows how devoted you are to your kids. It doesn't have to be long and deep. Just you love them and you are doing this to be a better mom. -

You're at what stage in eating? If you're still on liquids and limited solids then you're normal. You should also be starting a stall soon -

My mother died unexpectedly when I was 9 years old. To this day I learn something new about her evry day from family members. Sometimes the information sends me over the edge Last week someone told me my m suffered epileptic attacks until she hit puberty. grand mal seizures every day. Like devastating information. Something withheld from me and my children. I also miss her evry day it's been ovet 30 years. I will tell you had she left me a letter of any kind id treasure it I actually did write my kids a letter. I wasn't prosaic and it wasn't war and peace but certainly how I felt about them. That they are loved. The plan is to keep it updated regularly. Maybe give them these letters later in life and if something does happen to me, well they won't have the same pain I do every day. -
You are going to love dr Bessler and the valley office. I certainly do!!

Did Cigna send you a rejection letter? It is a requirement. On that Letter they tell you exactly the rejection - billet points and on the 2nd page is appeal process. You need to write a letter When you had first surgery Why it failed - include medical records of possible Who is recommending the new surgery - include letter from those doc's Then address each of their rejection bullets with factual medical records Your surgeon should have requested a peer to peer review after the first rejection. That is when a medical profession at the office - not a surgical coordinator- talks to the medical director at Cigna and the discuss the medical facts That usually gets an approval

You need to stop talking to your doctor and talk to cogna. If they've denied it find out exactly why Appeal it in writing address each point of the denial with proof of the requirement. Pm me if you need assistance

Thank you. I find it fascinating that we forgot how to measure for bras This is how you measure and many times when I was in bigger sizes no one measured me and I was wearing ill fitting bras for years until I went to a specialty stor in NYC I got a true measurement. I was a 44 c I had been wearing everything from 38f to 46d, the felt fine but didn't make me look great in clothes I plan to go to the same location when I hit goal. Until then it's Vickie secret - who did do a proper measurement - now a 36c Some style 38c

Jersrose43 replied to GoGoNiner's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
What insurance do you have? I'd call them and find out what they require directly from them. I would by go their rules and make sure you get your ducks in a row -
