I use skim milk. I vary between shaker bottle and using a ninja blender the powder blends very easy and smoothly either way

I have been using UNJURY. You can only get it online. They ship fast,it usually arrives in two days. My favorite is the chocolate Splendor. I also like the chicken broth. If you get in touch with them they will send you a sample.

Your right marathon1218 I recently joined the LOSERS and I couldn't be happier! To the 4/15 gang Don't panic. Just take it one day at a time. It is worth it. I was sleeved 3/26. So far my recovery has been smooth. I'm starting week 4 of Protein drinks. Definitely getting bored of them. I am looking to start soft purée foods next week. WHOOHOO!

So far I'm down 20 pounds 15 pre op and 5 post op I was sleeved 6 days ago I'm PLEASED Especially I had about 4 pounds extra on discharge for the IV Fluids BIG JOEY u r doin awesome. Keep it up I'm jealous you are able to have soft foods I have another week on liquids!

Today is my 6th day post op! Im happy with my recovery. No pain! Sometimes I tire easy but no biggie. I'm drinking my 3 shakes but have to add more Water. Yesterday I did about 40oz I've been. Able to take larger sips no nausea or vomiting (yeahh) I'm trying not to fixate on weight loss I'm 5 pounds down post op and 20 # down from pre op diet

It takes a while to drink but I won't go to sleep until I have 3 shakes down!!!! I'm using the unjury products. You?? I found it easier to drink it using a Blender Bottle instead of my ninja. I like the ninja but they are too foamy for me at this time!!

Fellow 3/26er All good here. So far it's been smooth for me. I'm able to take my Vitamins. I never needed any pain meds so I feel lucky! I've been able to get 3 shakes in daily. I need to increase my Water I take. I'm working on it each day. I'm planning on going back to work on Tuesday for the day and then taking 4 days off before returning full time. I figure I should easy my way back. Still burping often BUT no pain so no complaints! How has your recovery been??

Ranjith I appauld your honesty and determination. You are young and wise to take control of your life. You are have a full life ahead. I was consistently overweight but never put myself ahead of others. At age 49 I decided to take care of ME!! I was sleeved 2 days ago. So far all went smoothly. No complaints!! I'm able to drink my Protein shakes. Make sure you follow your surgeons directions. It will produce success & you will love the new you Keep me informed if your progress. Be prepared post op for the WORST COTTON MOUTH It's from anesthesia. I used lots of wet gauzes for temporary relief. No I progressed to Clear liquids and it's much better! No All is going well. Will be d/c later today Looking forward to griping into my own enviornment????

I also was sleeved today So far so good!! FUNNY my room number is 711. Not exactly appropriate for a gal who was sleeved!! Oh well!!!

I am a social worker and work in an emergency dept and I don't have to do any lifting. My sleeve is tomorrow YEAH!! I would love to return quickly if possible!
