Hi everyone! I'm new here. My husband had a lapband placed in June 2008 and had list almost 100 lbs and then gained it all back. He is set to have said band removed on 3/24 & he is planning on having a gastric sleeve in 2-3 months after the revision. I'm here to learn more, to learn as much as I can so that I may be the best support. I want to learn what the journey will be like for him and how he can avoid having a relapse and gaining weight after a success. I look forward to getting to know all of you and I appreciate your advice and your letting me into your journey

Thank you, Carlotta and Proudgrammy! I am already researching more recipes that are higher protein in a small amount of food and working on eliminating lots of the trigger foods from the house and I will follow a similar regimen with him to show my support
