It is going well i feel great i have lost 20 lbs i am how ever at a stall. -
Hi i am 11 days post op and i was wondering if anyone has had the fear of failing. I am down 20 lbs but have not lost any weight in three days. I have a huge fear that i am going to fail when i get on the regular diet? Has anyone had these same thoughts are they normal?

I was sleeved March 31 and i am down 23 lbs, but i am in a stall for a week now. How are the other March sleevers doing?

I wonder the same thing i am moving to soft foods Monday, but i have really been thinking about having eggs today.

What about when you are on the 4 protein shakes a day do u have to wait 30 min before and after a shake to have water of a popsicle?

I was sleeved on 3/31 and i am getting all my protein in and I have been losing 3 lbs a day. I am concerned that i have not had a bowel movement sine the sat before surgery, any thoughts on that
