Woww you look great, I was just wondering did you do much exercise through your journey, and if so what kind of exercise , my surgery date is the 15/4/14

Mine is on the 15/4/14 so super excited too but also soo nervous

How did you feel once you were out out of surgery, and how many days did you stay in hospital? How much weight have you lost ?

To be honest, dont lose anymore and do the sleeve, my Doc said the same thing to me " yes you can lose so many kilos before surgery but can you keep them off forever" it seriously makes sense ive struggled for years and im sure you have too. Id rather put an end to my weight battle and do surgery. Good luck with it all. Im having mine on the 15th of April 2014 super excited

Hi its my first time in any forum,my names Clair and Im having a gastric sleeve on the 15/4/14 , is not far at all im so excited but also veryyy nervous. My surgeon is Dr Greg Nolan and the operation will be at the Allamanda Private hospital in Southport. Im 35years old and weigh 105 kilos . Im hoping to chat with some locals
