I haen't really lost anything since the big loss the first week. In the last 8 weeks i have lost only another lb or two. You are not the only one feeling that way chichiA. I am disappointed to say the least.

you are still in bandster hell. as your band is filled your intake of food will be less and less. the one thing that surprised the hell outta me wwas how little we actually need to eat and still be healthy. and one rule to follow is even if you can eat a lot doesn't mean you should. keep your meals to 1/2 to 1 cup of food. use a saucer. eat healthy. good lean protein first and vegetables second. you will start seeing the wt come off if you set up a program for yourself. keep track of your intake and see if your calorie count is higher than you expected.
