Thanks!!! Good luck to u as well! I have been on a low calorie diet...3 shakes a day plus one meal but I can only have 1000cal a day. I admit, I did break down a few times in two days bit even though I splurged, I still stayed within my calorie limit and of course avoided high fat and carb items but I still feel guilty. That's why I'm worried about my liver. But no matter what I still had my shakes. I'm hoping its not gonna be an issue.
