Wow i just downloaded the app and it made such a difference in my meal. What an awesome tool to have! I eat really fast which is one of the reasons i overeat. Right now i am struggling with learning how to recognize when I am getting full. I am on week 4 and my nutritionist is really weird in a way that she still wants me on very soft foods and mashed potatoes, no protein shakes which is not common at all. She said she will change my diet next week. I cant wait to start having eggs and other types of food.
