I'm three weeks out from having surgery (Feb 18, 2014) and doing well. Still keeping up with my walking and being accountable through wearing my FIT BIT and looking forward to taking my catepillar body and becoming the butterfly I know I am.
After many many years of trying Jenny Craig, Medifast, LA Weight Loss and Weight Watchers, and losing and gaining and losing and gaining, I decided that there are just things that need to be fixed and fixed forever so that I could have a healthy 50+ years of life ahead of me.
Yesterday, I was googling information and came across Bariatric Pal ... needing to see how everyone else is doing in their journeys' ... And glad to see that I'm not alone.
I have posted a before photo of me taken just two weeks before surgery ... and I'm looking forward to posting that AFTER photo in a few months.
