Thanks for the pep talk!

This is my first post. I was banded on 9/13/07. Down 30 pounds total. First fill on 10/19/07 and second on 11/14/07. I went for my third fill last week, I lost 4 pounds and Doc said 1 pound per week was what he wanted and I did not need a fill. I have some restriction but I can still eat quite a bit. I can drink 8 ounces of Water straight down. I fill it most with bread. Maybe I am not looking at the band as a tool and want it to do it for me. Any thoughts Tony
