First fill was friday, 9/21. Doing pretty well as I was having tummy growlings constantly before that date. Today: BR: 1/2 serving weight control oatmeal (xtra Protein and fiber) Lunch: 1/2 cup baked chicken and 1/2 c fresh broccoli - 1Tb ranch Dinner: 1/2 cup baked chicken (working off of leftovers) and 1/2 cup broccoli and ranch dip. Snack: 5 crackers and 1 ounce cheddar cheese Wulong tea in between meals.:car:

I had my lapband by Dr. Felts on 8/24. Dr. Felts and all the staff, including administration, nursing and anesthesia, were all very professional and supportive. Dr. Felts empasizes this is a tool to be used with your behavior and diet. Very good experience, no problems thus far. I go for my first fill 9/21.
