Gratitude List Addition: Several people have told me now that I look "normal" meaning that when I'm seen "overweight" is not the category they's put me in. I've still got more to lose, but, it is nice to no longer the biggest person in the room.

Yes, I had a handful of cheetos, and I liked it. LOL Killed the craving and was satisfied. I will not deprive myself. A small grab bag of cheetos has lasted me 4 days. It is my treat.

Good News / Bad News - Passed the stress test / Failed the sleep study, looks like a cpap for me.

Continuing to lose fat, but not much movement on the scale. In spite of that, just a doughnut of fat around my belly button and a two-inch wide ring around my hips. It's really fun to watch the way the fat leaves my body -- so different in shape than when I was packing it on and looked so blubbery. I actually was able to pull down my size 14 pants without even unbuttoning them first. All right, admittedly, I had worn them for a couple of days, but still!

I had to buy a black dress for a funeral and to my great surprise and extreme pleasure, I bought a Tahari dress SIZE 12! I was a size 18 twelve weeks ago on the day of surgery. I feel so good today! 43 lbs lost.........who would have ever guessed.

The only reason I haven't posted anything is because I have slipped. No, I haven't gained, but I sure haven't lost either. Just staying at where I am right now. One excuse I have is stress. It has been a stressful year and not letting up. I know that exercising would help me to get back on the losing end, but just having the energy to exercise is a problem. I think I need intervention, quite honestly.

I'm really thinking hard about maintaining my weight loss. I have some stubborn bad habits, like watching TV or reading instead of exercising after work. I also find that I get hungry sooner after a meal than I used to. I don't want to walk down the road to regain.

Start my PreOp liquid diet on Tuesday...and I'm a little nervous. Seems like I've tried every diet in the world EXCEPT a liquid diet!! LOL!
