I totally feel you...I did not gain but the scale just moved to 1lb...i guess i am happy for any loss....but it beats my confidence down. I go to the gym 7 days a week and i do cardio and weights yes muscles weigh more but yet the scale is dormant...Hang in there it can only get better!!!

I've had one mini size soda and am 3 months out...did not taste like soda i added soo much water. and that was the end of my soda experience.

I feel you for weeks now am at193 and the scale just won't budge...But am doing my part by going to the gym everyday...I swear at times i want to throw that digital scale out...I am also off my Diabetes meds...My A1C have dropped and i am thankful....I've heard of (rebooting ) wrong word the sleeve...It where u start all over again google it this might help!!!..Good luck!!!!

8 months out, grieving my dad, and struggling

I lost my dad on 8/31/14 quite suddenly..due to poor circulation and blood clots in his legs..Dad was in great shape except, this is inherited from his mom to her children...i had to put off my surgery...It was a shock of our lives...We all are still dealing with this...Try seeking some help ,talk to some one it does help...Loosing a parent is soo devastating especially when it suddenly....I wish u all the best...Hugs!! -

I was type 2 and on the day of surgery my A1C was a 10...I guess all doctors have different protocol...There was a thread last week about this...Good luck! -

It a very fast diet...calorie restriction for two non consecutive days a week...then eat what you want the other five days i think...google it and get the full scope...

Am a slow looser also....When i complained to my doc...his response was "its about the weight but, what about the inches"...Yes the process it slow but am wearing smaller sizes...I Work out 7 days a week, cardio like a crazy woman...I was told i have a year to get to my goal, and am just thankful to have this tool.Good luck!! -
am only three months out...But hopefully my insurance will pay, when the pics of my stomach shows up LOL...Good luck!!!

Is it pre made?..i use both but mainly powder...try GNC lean me great powder...25 grams of protein or the regular ones with 9 grams....Good luck!!!
