I do better i think later...during the week i start my job at 9 and finished at 5..so early is not a option but saturdays and sundays and today since am off i was at the gym early...I don't think time matters as long as you are moving.... -

Am a little over a month out...and was amazed on saturday when i tried on a size 10 jeans from Ann Taylor and it fit...u know i walked to the nail salon and back that freezing night....no more cabs ride for me.."These feet are made for walking and thats just what i'll do"...LOL!...but i bought smaller sizes early on.. -
U just got out three days...and ALL this is new to u take it easy...Did they not do a leak test at the Hospital?...and if so why are u thinking about leaks?...WE all have those moments esp when i was released from the hospital...I kept wondering how will i do this but after the second or third night at home i wise up real quickly....and u will to...calm down this moment to shall pass...

Nerves listen u will be fine ....be positive ad think about whats to come after surgery. U will be healthier...slimmer and living longer...Start preparing for every faze of this process...Good luck!!

I stayed in the hospital gowns...and i did shower by the second day...i went in on a Tuesday and was out on the thursday... -

I just cant gulp anything...the pain ...at work i'll have a shake and it takes me forever to swallow...since am so afraid if i swallow too fast it will hurt. -
