    OCTOBER 2014

Now that I think about it, I have not had soup much until today.....okay I fee a little better. I am still able to eat about 4oz of ground chicken and I am not sure if that is normal or "a large portion" I also just realized why I am so "snacky" in the afternoon......it's because I walk after lunch 1.5-2 miles. Should I fight the hunger or feed my self half a Protein bar or something?? Hmmm

    OCTOBER 2014

So I did the same thing yesterday and put my meal plan in myfitness Pal so I could see my plan know what my Protein and calorie intake will be for the day, and only slipped up 160 additional calories more than what I had planned (half Protein Bar and a SF pudding) but still better than grazing all darn day Todays plan is: Breakfast: Hot Peppermint Mocha Premier Protein Shake (169 Cal) Lunch: 1 cup chicken tortilla Soup (130 cal) Snack: Hot Peppermint Mocha Premier Protein Shake (169 cal) dinner 1 Cup Chicken Tortilla soup (130 cal) If I don't add any thing I will be at 598 Calories and 82g of Protein.............but I don't know if I can pull that off :-) I can eat a who cup of soup and have no problems.........I feel like I should not be able to do that yet?? Is it bad??

    Craving really bad food!

Don't push it!! I also feel as if I can keep eating, but we do not want stretch out our new precious tummies. Just keep measuring your portions and keep track of your protein. Pay close attention to the reason why you eat; is it real hunger or an emotion or reaction to something.

    20 grams of Protein

I was warned that blending things would put to much air in the drink and cause gas pain. Have you had any issues???

    OCTOBER 2014

I made a plan of what I was going to eat today, and stuck with it 715 calories. I tried to eat extra slow and chew extra so I would make sure I knew as soon as I felt the full feeling. I was still able to eat a 3oz Buffalo chicken burger with laughing cow cheese (no bun just meat and cheese) It must be head hunger. And I MUST fight it!!!

Does anyone else have no issues with food?? Like I haven't tried anything super bad, my worst treat is a Fiber one brownie. But I have no issues with chicken, fish, sea food, veggies. I'm glad but I'm worried I can eat anything and I am able to eat more and more. I'm scared I'm eating to much! And worried I won't be able to stop. I still keep around 700-800 calories but it now takes grate effort! Am I alone in this?? I used to struggle to get enough, now it is soooo not a problem.

    OCTOBER 2014

I had a hard day testerday. As soon as I got off the phone from receiving some stressful news I went straight to look for food.....I caught myself and made hot tea to comfort me instead. But damn it!! it was frustrating to catch myself in old habits!! Then when my boyfriend got home and we were having a discussion in regards to my stressful news I started crying. Then couldn't figure out why I couldn't eat.......I had swallowed to much air when I cried....... Then after 4-5 good burps after we left dinner, I was ready to finish my food but I had thrown away what I couldn't eat before.......eh I probably didn't need it anyways.

    20 grams of Protein

That's good and all but also the importance of protein can't be stressed enough. If your not getting enough from food, supplement

In my post op room and struggling bad

Be mindful of taking in air when you drink. Walk walk walk take deep calming breaths to help relax your self and allow full blood flow to your body. Also I asked for ice packs for my incisions they worked wonders.
