Jpc I truly know what ur going thru I'm on day 4 I would lie if I said I hadn't cheated . They will bash u for that on here. I only have 4 more days I'm going to do this . U can do this !! Just know u aren't the only one who's starving lol. No one perfect . But aleast that small meal u eat will make u feel like u eaten a big plate . Again u can do this !!

This is my 3 rd day of liquids and I've had a bad headache I can seem to get rid of . Has anyone else went thru this ??

I hope so cause it's horrible . I was a diet Pepsi drinker and I'm feel horrible . Thx I hope by day 7 I will be feeling better

I also am working in a very busy health care and there is always food around it's pretty tough for me . I'm just taking day by day . I'm on the 3rd day and I was off today so that helped alittle . My surgery is Tuesday .

I would just drink a lot of water to flush it . But don't listen to me cause I haven't been banded yet still on liquids to. But I know how u feel . -

It's drank my first bariatric shake this morning it was horrible !! Help what can I do to make it taste better ??

My surgery is for next Tuesday and I'm on day one of pre op liquid diet. I feel ok but I do have a headache . I just passed a burrito up took a bite and chewed it up then I spit it out. I work up till Monday and there is always good at my job . I just pray I get they this week. I'm blessed cause I only have one week if pre op . I don't know if I could do 2

Talk to my nut a little while ago and she said if I wanted to add sweetener and Ice to make a shake that would be fine . So that's what I'll do .

Yes the shakes r from my dr office they r horrible but I went and got soy silk milk with protein and pb powder just tryed it it wasn't so bad . I also have lean shake from Gnc that taste so much better .

I've heard ppl say they mix surger free pudding in there shakes have any of y'all tried that ??

I got my anwser on august 20 th they submitted on aug, 1st . So 20 days . I have surgery sept 2 . I'm ready .

Will be going in September 2nd to get banded start my pre op tommorw !! I'm excited , nervous .and scared.

Has any one had there paper work submitted around 31st of July ?? And if so have u gotten an approval ??

Thanks so much I waited a year for this and in 2 weeks or so I'll be on the other side . I'm going Monday to see the surgeon the last time I see them I was 13 lbs heavier so I'm hoping he will set it sooner, wishful thinking ,, lol
