No, sorry I don't have that. I have IHA, which I did find out I was approved!!! Waiting for a surgery date! I wanted to have it in May seeing I have high deductable which I have already met. Mu plan restarts June 1st. My very first appt I told them about the time crunch and then dr caravetta shattered his ankle. I know it is unseen circumstances but Jackie called me the other dY and told me that they wouldn't be booking me till June! So now I will have to pay my family deductAble to have the surgery! I was not too happy!

I didnt realize that they were only once a month. That stinks!! i will definately have to make next months. You are getting closer and closer. Have you thought about what protein shakes you are going to use? Kathryn told me they recommend the Bariatric Fusion ones. I have read that alot of poeple like and use the Premier. I have my appt tomorrow morning with Dr. Caravetta. I am really looking forward to it. I've gone to the meetings the last 2 months. They are held the last Thursday of every month @ Synergy @ 6:30. We meet for about an hour or so. I really do like the meetings. Everyone is so supportive and willing to share their journey! If you can't make tomorrow - come next month! I mayyy be there. I'll be about 10 days post op then!

I would love to go, tomorrow night isnt good. I already have other arrangements goign on. I do want to start going. I had my psych eval last week with Kathryn. She is wonderful. I am looking foward to going to them. Do you go often?

I have IHA and was going to try as well to get the shakes covered. I tried to look on IHA website, really didn't find anything except for weight loss prescriptions were not covered. It would be great to find out!

Thank you, i did call my doctor. They did have my weight loss history that was in the registration packet. I personally haven't been to my primary care in years because over all I am pretty healthy except for my weight. Hopefully like u said she cAn work her magic! I am praying everything goes smoothly so I can have it done before June. Wow! Who would ever think that within 3 months us could lose that much weight! Awesome! I am currently starting knee pains and what not hopefully it will end up resolving as well! Congratulations on your success!

Everyone has told me that usually the psych eval is what takes the longest. I have my eval before my appt with the surgeon and then all my workshops in April. I just hope it all works out and are no kinks in the way.

Hi! I am scheduled with dr caravetta on the 27th. I also have IHA. One of the requirements is a 6 month does and exercise regime did u have to do this? Did your Primary care doctor write a letter? I have a new plan year coming up in June and I have a HDP. I have already met my deductible for the year and am hoping to be approved and scheduled before then.

I have independent health. I am worried about needing the 6 months of diet and exercise plan from you doctor. My doctor did already sign off on the medical necessity form. Looks I should be on my except for I have all my classes scheduled in April. It would be nice if maybe I could start them this month. When Clair called to schedule she mentioned them starting April 2nd. Hopefully I can get this done before June as I have met my deductible and wouldn't have to pay for it.

Hello, I am new just joined today. I am looking very forward to getting the sleeve done. Ready to move on with my life. I am currently scheduled at synergy for my pysch eval on the 20th as well as meeting with Dr Cavaretta on the 27th I have all my fundamental workshops scheduled in April. I am hoping, wishing I would be able to have my surgery scheduled before June. I have independent health and my plan renews in June. I have already met my deductible for the year. I am hoping this is possible. Any ideas? Does anyone have any feedback for this doctor?

Hi there, I am new here. I am just starting the process for the sleeve at synergy. I also received the list for what is needed from IHA for the surgery. The 6 month diet and exercise is listed. How did u end up get past this? Did u have your doctor right a statement or was it never required?
