to be honest it got better after day 3 for me but i failed myself today by eating 4 crackers and cheese pieces of a lunchable i was so dizzy and weak and everyone said it would be okay but i know if i can help one person make it through by saying trust me its not worth cheating then i will feel better stick to what your doing i made it 5 days without cheating and will make it the next 5 days before my surgery!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!! GOOD LUCK

Hey all Im scheduled for next friday June 6th and have been on a liquid diet since monday I am pretty darn proud of myself i only ate 1 fruit snack not a whole pack but one fruit snack and a cracker but since that slip i have been holding strong anyone else on the 6th?!?!

Im no golfer but way to go!!! I have surgery on the 6th and can't wait to get back into sports and stuff!! also 100 ounces of Water is a ton!!!! My surgeon only requires 64 ounces a day after surgery or 4 water bottles

Im so sorry that happen to you!! Im in mesa arizona and my surgeon is in scottsdale arizona and I am 424 pounds and they have done the surgery on people bigger than me and although I am on the two week liquid diet they said they would only be worried about my liver size if I were in the 80-90s of BMI I think I am at 61 right now but long story short they had no reason not to complete your surgery thats messed up but i truly believe we all have a plan bigger than we know and eventually it will happen for you!!! I was originally scheduled for bypass surgery on the 10th then they sprung it on me that we were moving ti to the 6th im nervous and anxious and excited and a bundle of nerves i got weighed in this week at 424 hoping to be at 416 by next friday before my surgery especially since im on all liquids GOOD LUCK!!!

the psych eval is a breeze dont stress and just be honest you will rock it!!!

just curious what questions I should be asking it's my last meeting before suregery and i know im forgetting things!!! HELP PLEASE

Im on day 4 of a liquid diet and its hard I have 8 more days to go I hope it's helpful my surgeon just like for the liver to be shrunken so it's easier to work with but I have read a lot of people don't do a preop diet LUCKY DUCKIES but I also know it's preparing me for life after surgery and detoxing my body of a lot of impurities

I want to get one but im not sure what all to put i know i want to put my surgeon and ICE plus gastric bypass no ng tube w/o scope and also no nsaids/sugar is an excellent idea!!! what are some other things we should be including allergies and ????

I would think if your too healthy for the sleeve your too healthy for bypass! That makes no sense I personally think some doctors just have a preference in which surgery they prefer if your really wanting the sleeve I would suggest a second opinion stick to your guns

oh also maybe have them check your Iron levels i get dizzy a lot and im really anemic and thats before surgery

it could be a multitude of things if it doesn't go away I would get it checked out to make sure it's not your blood pressure or dehydration or anything like that good luck with answers im getting the bypass on the 10th of june and im so worried but ready!!
