Yes I have benn lightheaded and check bp cause mine gets low. Try to stay hydrated. I know it hard for me but I keep trying. -
I think you need to go to Emergency room. Cause sounds to me you are dehydrated.

I did go through a couple of days where I said what the heck was I thinking but 1 1/2 months out. I have no regrets. I had sme nausea next day after only due to gas in my stomach. I am down around 40 lbs. You will not regret this. Energy, smaller clothes and satifaction. -
You have a strict doc. You will be fine keep your eye on the goal. You got this.

I was off 3 weeks I am a nurse but the people I work with helped lift and tug. Take as much time as you can. -
How long after surgery u can take a pill ?

They gave me capsules and pills in the hospital the day after. -
It is kinda hard to explain . It feels different to me now then when I had the full stomach . Its more pressure feeling I guess you could say.

Taking pills/vitamins?

They gave me pills the day after I had no problem. I take chewable vitamins now with no problem. Plus a capsule of my normal mezzos. -
I went for short walks. Take it easy at first.

I was always told coffee is a diuretic since we are prone to dehydration. We are not to drink it for awhile. Just what I was always told. -

I agree with you. I am 17 days post op. I can tell the first week was rough, mentally mostly but it got easier.I got the hang of it now. First post op visit today so hopefully my doc will be happy. Good luck with your journey it will be worth it.
