I felt all of these same frustrations!! My md has only a handful of "banders" left bc of the issues with it! I am doing well 5 days out I am down 7 lbs and md says i still have alot of iv fluid to flush. They say once thats gone the weight loss will be astounding!! The liquids only is the hardest!!! But im getting there . GL to u

I went through the same thing!! I dealt with it for 6.5 years! Then finally found out about sleeve. I just had my band removed and had sleeve done all at 1 time. I am 5 days post-op! My band had slipped it caused hiatel hernia... It was a mess! Good luck

Anyone have shooting pain across abdomen up back and over shoulder? This occurred while trying to eat soup... Then I was able to go to the bathroom. Anyone?

I had my lapband removed on 3/6 had a hiatel hernia repaired and sleeve done all by hoffman . My 1st appointment to see him is this wednesday. I feel great. I am sooo sick of liquids i actually bumped myself up a little to puree today had 2 fork fulls of egg salad not bad! I feel great . Just need a different taste and something thicker in my stomach.
