Hello i just found this app last week ... And so many people that i can relate too ... Get lost reading but would love to start chattin about our journeys . I meet with my surgeon next week and will get my april date any suggestions or tips are welcome! Look forward to hearing from some off u!

Looks like a few of us have an exciting month ahead . I have my gi appr at 7:30 am .. Then nutrionist ... Next wends i get my date talked today and looks like i have a good chance of 4-14-14.... Ill be looking for all u fellow sleevers once things settle down ... Its great to resd all your posts -

I am a month until surgery but all that isnt true. Encourage your family to read some of these threads... Watch some you tube videos ... Maybe even read some of the great sharing on here. Good luck! -

U can do it .. Probably sugar withdrawel headache.. I had it this am ... I actually enjoy the diet after a couple days and realize i get more done because im not eating as much -
