Wow, I needed this post as much as you Vines, I've only lost 25# since my surgery in May, but I'm down from a size 20 to a size 16, but for some reason I can't get past the idea that the damn scale should be moving. Everyone keeps telling me the same thing, muscle weights more than fat!!! So, maybe we should make a pack to stay off the scale?? I'm a scale junky!!! What shall we do????
