I had surgery on 9/15 and as of today 9/18, I have lost 11 lbs.

I was released on Tuesday the 16th. I only had a few bouts of gas pain after I came home. Usually when I laid down in bed or when I sat up getting out of bed. I haven't had any gas pain today at all. -

I am still very nauseous. Haven't gotten enough fluids in yet. I try to push it but then my poor tummy hurts. Hopefully it will work itself out. -
My surgery was Sept 15th also. How are you doing today?

I'm in Oklahoma and getting sleeved on 9/15. -
I just found out that insurance won't pay for the B12 nasal spray. My Dr is trying to get the B12 injections approved now.

I started my liquid diet yesterday. I am already tired of having to pee constantly! I wonder it this is how it will be for the entire time until I am back on solids?

The concoction you have to take the day before does not sound like fun. I am happy to be skipping that.

I feel the same way. I want to get it done right now but I'm scared at the same time. -
My Dr didn't say anything about doing colon prep...are you on a liquid diet before surgery? I have two weeks of liquids to look forward to.

What prescriptions do they give you before surgery? I got two for nausea and one for acid control. My day is Sept 15th also.

I am Sept 15th also. I should get insurance approval today or tomorrow. Once I have that, I'll start getting excited. -

I am scheduled for Sept 15th. I started my journey in June and I feel like I flew right through it. I have a two week liquid diet starting on Sept 1st. -
My date is Sept 15th. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time.

I'm from Kansas. I'm just now changing centers to go to Bailey. -
I am from SE KS. Going to Tallgrass since my insurance requires a center of excellence. My seminar is on 4/12. I don't know what to expect after that. I'll have my six months of Dr supervised diet done on May 19th.

So, I'm new here too. Just been lurking around the boards. Lol. I just had my fourth "diet" visit today with my Dr and my seminar is scheduled for 4/12. I'm anxious to find out who my surgeon will be and what hoops he wants me to jump through. -
