I am a single mom of 3 girls and gramma of 7. I have struggled with weight issues all my life and am sick of it. Was banded in 2010, lost 38 pounds but gained it all back and more. I started my "2nd chance" run with the idea of only having my band taken out. "I can do this on my own!" ummmmm . . not this gramma! I am going for sleeve surgery on March 27th 2014 - excited, anxious and worried.

Reason - I want to be the "fun" gramma! the one that plays balls with my grandkids, plays in the park with them and rolls around on the floor with them. I am also hoping for some confidence as I view myself as forever fat that no one wants to be around. . .
