I think that we can't eat enough food to enjoy it...that's my problem at least. I take a couple bites and I feel full or it feels stuck...I don't get satisfaction from food anymore but I think that's the point..to not indulge in it?

My Dr told me that estrogen is stored in fat so when u start losing so rapidly it gets released and messes with your period. Still bring it up with your Dr just to make sure.

When I was on week one I had SF jello and SF Popsicles. At the hospital the gave me Ms. Dash for my broth and it made it so much better. At my one week follow up, I was allowed SF pudding made with Lactose Free 1% milk, Tomato Soup and Low sugar oatmeal. Call your Dr and ask bc everyone is different but I totally understand...by day 6 of clear liquids I was going nuts!!! Oh...I had my surgery March 11th. Hope it turns out well!!! -

Glad to hear I'm not the only one with a drinking problem!!! Hehehe...I keep forgetting to drink and have started to have a cup with me so I can do it throughout the day. I had surgery March 11th...and started spotting last night...Dr isn't too concerned. Not sure if my body is reacting to starvation mode bc I'm not due for a period til next week.

Surgery went well yesterday. I had some nausea but pain was not bad. Today I feel a lot better and will be going home this afternoon. Hope everyone has a great experience too!!!

Ok...I'm scheduled for tomorrow morning at 9:30...I feel like I'm an emotional wreck. I just want to hug my baby! Terrified!!!

Woke up with a runny nose, itchy eyes and a cough...I think it's bad allergies and scheduled for surgery on Tuesday. I'm seeing the Dr tomorrow...I have a feeling I'm getting rescheduled. So bummed!!!

Tomorrow is my last day of meals before going on a clear liquid diet...I feel like I need to choose wisely!!!

They haven't told me to start any type of diet. I did get a missed call from my Dr though so I will see if they tell me to start tomorrow. Every meal I have i get a feeling like it will be the last one I will have FOREVER and get a little sad. I think it's me being in panic mode though.
