I just happen to run across BariatricPal while browsing online. I am having my surgery March 6, 2014. I'm in my second week of my liquid diet. I started at 214 lbs and now I'm down to 204.2. My Dr. is Westmoreland in Murfreesboro, Tn. I feel like I've been on a diet my whole life. Lose and gain, lose and gain. Now my health is declining and I am type 2 diabetic, hypertension, high cholesterol. I'm tired of my joints aching. I'm tired of not feeling like doing anything. I'm ready to make a change and I feel like this is what I need to do.I just can't seem to get this weight off. I'm getting really nervous and excited about my surgery, so if anyone can give me some advice to make it easier feel free to do so.
