I have 6cc with a 14cc band. No i did not have any solution in at surgery. I have just been staying under a 1000 cal a day with lots of protein and working out at the gym. I have a lot to lose so i may lose more wight faster then most. -
Hello, im 2-1/2 weeks post opp and i was woundering when everyone had there first fill. I belive my swelling has gone way down becuase i do not have much restriction right now. My sergon said maybee at 4 weeks i could have my first fill? is that typicle?

I have been drinking the New Whey Liquid Protein. its 3.4 oz and has 42g of protein in it. You drink it in a couple of sips. Good flavors also. I buy mine off of Amazon but i think you can get it anywhere.
