I think the key is to remember why we did this in the first place. And then remember how we got in the frame of mind to lose weight, and follow the same plan.
I have been post-op 7 months now and I have weeks where I have gains. I can pinpoint why I gain. It is because I am NOT getting my protein drinks in, and I eat even when satisfied. My advice (for what it's worth) is to get those protein drinks back in your body and get in the proper frame of mind to stop eating when you are satisfied, using the 30-60 rule as well. I also try to walk instead of snacking in the evening. I hope this helps....and remember it's a long journey and not a sprint.
