Hey everyone I am only a week out and I am jut craving something with flavor. What do you guys think about taking a bite of something and chewing it til all the flavor is gone and then spilling it out???
I am only a week post op and I am have a VERY hard time with "mental hunger". I want to eat anything I see and of course I know I can't. But it makes me really really sad and moody. Anyone have any suggestions?
