I am a mother of 6 children. I had my first gastric bypass surgery in 1989. I lost a fair amount of weight and became pregnant. The doctors where I live had me go to a nutricialnist so I would not loose weight. They force fed me. My staples ruptured and I had to have another surgery this time they did a rny surgery. I lost 70 pounds befor I started to regain my weight. I had no support grouped or online help. I had my surgery in a town that was over 10 hours drive from my home. Needless to say I am trying once agin to follow the plan. My mistakes were that after a year I started to eat sweets and to drink while eating. Both high mistakes. I have recently gone back to eating protein first which I learned from a group I recently joined. Ii am supper pumped about this.
