    having a extremely hard time finding a protein drink that doesnt make me gag.. ... does anybody have any favorites ....

      I like the ones from Walmart "Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder Chocolate 1.95 LB (and other flavors)" they are low in sugar and have 34 grams of protein in each shake...I have added it to fat free milk, coffee and added fruits too in the blender. That makes them more filling. Hope that helps!!!

      have you applied at InsureNutrition.com for free protein? they have several flavors and two brands... you can always blend in other things to make it fit your palate!

      thank you i will go on there and apply... i have been adding water to the drinks which may be the problem i like the isopure but its really expensive ... so just trying to find some alternative
