I like adding almond milk to mine. a little creamier than water with only a few more calories. I LOOOOOOOVE UMP (by Beverly Products) in Cookies and Cream. I also like Protizyme Peanut Butter Cookie Protein. Both taste great and are lower in carbs.

ive seen alot of people talk about the ump cookies and cream where do you get that at?? is it online or would GNC or some place have it ???... ill have to try the almond milk i really feel the water makes it taste terrible ....

I have the chocolate premier protein...I am going to change it up to choc and vanilla...my husband likes the vanilla to mix in fruits etc... but I'm fine with choc. I think most of them taste better when you add milk instead of water... but this stuff comes in individual cartons, ready for you to take and go! Good Luck!
