so upset apparently i have to wait for 2 other people to be approved to get a dang surgery date
they only do groups of 3... couldnt get an estimated time frame or anything im extremely upset... i thought i was doing the surgury for me so why do i need to wait on others when ive completed what i need to do on my own....-
Thats crazy!!! I wouldn't like that either. So they couldn't even tell you how far along these other 2 are? I mean that isn't fair. I would be complaining!!! I would see if there is another surgeon in your area and call and ask them about that. See if they all do that cause I have never heard of that???

It sounds crazy, but I started with my nutritionist in August and didn't have surgery until January.It was the best thing for me. She conditioned me to eat smaller, slower, & move more. I lost over 30 pounds during that time.I also think it gave me more time to prepare mentally. Please do not be upset. That only leads to hunger or emotional eating. Stay positive and have them work with you until the time is right. It'll all work in your favor. : )

my mentor had the same surgery less then 6months ago and hes never herd of this either and he went threw the same office i am at he told me to call customer service and speak to a patient advocate.... they wouldnt tell me how far along the others where but my approval from my insurance expires at the begining of may it just shouldnt be this complicated to give me an appointment to get my surgery schedualed .... im a fighter so this is unexcepatble to me i shouldnt have to wait for nobody but...
