im at like 600-700 never hit the 800 mark i just feel like im snacking a tad to much but then i forget i dont eat much haha... my phone broke so i cant use my food diary log so im lost with out it...
Well I was just guessing at how much I am actually eating cause I don't eat much either, but I think of what I drink too, like my coffee, and Idk???? I don't snack much, but I do have days where I still can't eat much specially when I am crazy busy at work or I am stressed out?
