1200 cal. diet sucks day 2 and i already wanna eat my arm off (>.<) i will survive this tho...

yes i keep telling myself the worst is yet to come... if i wasnt at a desk job all day it would be easier but im so use to eating at my desk so i keep going for the snack drawer and realizing there is no more snacks haha... i know what i commited myself to do and i will do it just may complain a tad haha... -
Pinky, I am 3 weeks on the other side of surgery. TRUST me...it gets easier and you wont even remember this struggle. Also, after surgery you will be eating half of that 1200 and have a sense of fullness that a whole pizza cant give you right now......that's been one of the pleasant surprises for me after surgery.
