go to the appropriate forum...usually depends on your WLS but you can post in general weight loss and go to add a new topic. It's on the upper right side if you're on a laptop or desktop. Hope that helps.

thank you!!!... and pupi its just a mess i have gained confidence and am losing allthis weight he doesnt know what to do we fight over nothing and its just getting worse... im frustrated and not happy i use to be in so much pain and now the weight is coming off im not so i can do things for myself and its jsut a big stress ball of unfun
