i am almost 4months out and just curious how many calories am i supposed to be consuming...???

I am working well with three 200 calorie meals @ 20 grams protein and two 100 calorie snacks @ 10 grams protein, and go for an extra 10 grams of protein if it adds no carbs. When I go over 30 carbs, it's easier to lose control. And yes, I still measure and log at seven months out. If I don't tack, I lose track.
