thank you ill check into them im realizing water is a no no lol instant nasty so i need to check into other ways to sweeten or alter taste that doesnt add anything i dont need... i still have time tho surgery is less then 2 weeks away lol
I also found there was world of difference when I used a blender. It crushes the ice and kinda whips it more into somewhat of a shake than just a powdery gritty drink. Just a tip.
