yes, blender makes it frothy and yummy...just a few cubes of ice... there was something on the website of recipes for protein...I can't find it now

I forgot about the sugar free syrups! My husband likes to put vanilla and a touch of caramel in water and he said it reminds him of cream soda!

You can get them at World Market, but last time we weent to Bed, Bath, and Beyond they had a brand called "Skinny Girl" syrups, I picked up pomagranate...haven't tried it yet, but I love the raspberry in my tea and it adds a nice punch to the chocolate shakes!

I like that tip! Thank you BigGirlPanties!! I do the mixed flavors but have completely forgot about sugar free syrups! A touch of one of those would really seem like a sweet treat!

ill have to go to world market and get some of the syrups thanks for the tips!!
