    Struggling with junk food.

    I agree with everyone. Getting an appointment with a psych. may increase your understanding regarding addiction. Like the preverbial- eating only one(1) of something can be a true test of one's willpower and unfortunately not everyone is strong in that area.Making sure your house does not include trigger foods is important along with having healthy products that were encouraged postop.Exercise.Best of luck.Charles2911

    Four Months Update!

    Hi: I am so proud of you. I have lost 50 pounds in 13 weeks and feel great. Congratulations to everyone's progress!

    Most Insane work out ever!

    Macman: Glad to hear of your excellent progress. I had the gastric sleeve in December 2013 and have lost 45 pounds thus far. I have begun exercising 3 days a week ( treadmill, recumbent be, upper body weights). Any suggestions? Charles2911
