I have been fighting depression and obesity for my entire adult life and would welcome a post like this ! I had extreme post partum depression and was almost hospitalized twice.Shortly after,I was diagnosed with bipolar 2,anxiety,depression, and puton 4 medications.I stopped taking my prozac,lithium,trazodone, and buspar when I could not get them down by crushing and swallowing after band surgery.I was ok for a few months and thought it had gone away-the mental diagnosis, only to return with a vengeance ! I am now back on my lithium in liquid form and see my psychiatrist in a few weeks to introduce the prozac in liquid form back. thanks!

please share your fill experience with me-no flouro and not numbing area first ? thanks!

dear friend, i'm going for a slight unfill in february. i spoke to his nurse carla ? and she said he does not numb the area before sticking port! does not this hurt ? also she said he does not use barium and flouro,is this still a safe good fill ? please share your experiences with me !thanks!susan

ISO experienced fill doctor in the SOUTHERN STATES ! Iwas banded in Mexico,but don't wan't to have to fly back there from wash.d.c. Would like a highly recommended fill doc who uses flouro only !!! Has anyone used The Mississippi fill center, or alabama,florida,or Savannah? PLEASE HELP- I NEED MY 2ND FILL ASAP!:help:

Dear Chubbyone, Am I correct in assuming you are self-pay,since you are getting banded in Tijuana?Have you made payment to doctor yet?I was banded in Mexico on aug7-07 and didn't have the energy to hardly fly back to D.C.Remember you will have just had open surgery-albeit laparoscopic.You will not be able to immerse your incision sites the first 15 days---showering next day is fine!write me back,i have several good motels i can reccomend.:girl_hug:
