I am 5 weeks post LBS today and I have only lost 4 lbs. I have not had a fill yet. I see the doctor on the 19th. I don't know what to do I am so disappointed. I can't eat like I used to, but I can hold more than a cup. Has anyone out there had this expriece

Hi Mona I would love to have a mentor like you. I was banded on March 5th, so that makes me 10 days post op. It is all so new. I am not sure to handle the next phase of my diet. I don't see my Dr until Wednesday. This afternoon I ate a soft scrambled egg. So far so good. I just am trying to read my book from nutrition class.

Today I am. 1 week post surgery. I can't tell where the port on my LB is, but I feel better today. My Dr told me to start the next phase of the diet over the weekend. I am kind of confused about it . Do I just blend everything? HELP

I am 3 days post op, and on liquids. Is there any soups I can have in this phase.

This is getting old. I can't wait until day 10!

It is my third day post surgery. No gas pain, just soreness. I am able to eat a cup of protein pudding at my three meal times. Should I be able to eat this much this early on? I do not feel hungry. Any suggestions on a protein I can use hot? I am on unjury and it can't be heated past 130 degrees .

I came home right after my surgery on Wednesday. All I have done is sleep. I feel a little better this AM. I plan to go back to work on Monday. I am on the liquid phase and I use injury protein. Is there any other good brands I should try that have more flavors? I don't like the soup flavor because I like my soup hot and it just clumps up.

Not hungry or thirsty . I don't feel like drinking. Any suggestions?

I finally had my surgery yesterday. I am a little sore. Dr gave me pain mess, so I guess it could be worse. Is it normal to not be able to sleep on your side after surgery?

Was scheduled for LBS last Thursday. After the prep I arrived at the hospital, and was told the DR was sick . My surgery is rescheduled for Wed with prep tomorrow . Howling do most people have to take off from work post surgery. I have an office job sitting at a computer

I guess I would need a minimum of three post surgery days before I return to work. I am unfortunately not able to work from home
