    I was sleeved 3/25 and have had no complications. THANK GOODNESS!!! I'm walking 2 miles a day & am down 19.6 lbs I've been told that I will be a "light weight" now when it comes to any alcoholic beverages. However, when oh when can I have a glass of wine?!?!?!

    My surgery was 3/25. Look up Chike protein shakes. Like Unjury, you can also order a sample of the flavors that they offer. I've tried ISO-100, Unjury & Chike. Chike is BY FAR the best to me... Plus they mix with water
