I'm 25 and have been over weight since I was 13. I had thought a lot about weight loss surgery but was too scared people would judge me. Last February me and boyfriend took a trip to Fort Lauderdale and they weren't very fat friendly I don't think there was one bathroom stable or chair I fit into correctly , I was very self aware the whole time. I just got home and thought I never want to worry on a vacation or at home were I can fit again.

I got mine Tuesday and I didn't expect this much pain, my weight loss center said most people don't need the pain med after they go home. I think they are nuts, I'm in a ton of pain.

I had mine Tuesday, I also opted for the over spring break route. I'm sure you'll do great!

I also had really bad headaches I think it might have been from cutting out sugar, it got better..

Did anyone else have a really hard time? My emotions have been crazy, with mid-terms this was the worst time for me to start this. I feel hungry and on edge, any tricks that got you through it (besides gum and water)?

"Why would you risk dying and never seeing your husband and child again just to be thin?!" That's so rude, maybe you want to live long enough to enjoy time with your husband and child!! I'm so sorry you don't have the support you need, but at the end of the day you need to do whats right for you.

I had an eating disorder as a teen so I was a little freaked out going into. But it was no big deal, they gave me three test and we talked a little. Good luck!!

I wish I was as open as you, I've been super picky about who I tell and some people (my mother) don't understand why. Its because people are mean and most don't understand unless they have been in your shoes.

There scamming you! I was given a whole list of Protein shakes/powers that where fine, the shakes through them were like 40 a box and I out right said no.
