Hello, I had my surgery March of This year and I started at 322 and down to 291 but have been at this stand still for a month or two I've been eating bad and drinking pop I'm Trying to start fresh tomorrow and start working out again, only water and lots of protein, any other hints to help detox my body and get back on track? I recently got engaged and will Be getting married September 2015 so I wanna lose 100 pounds by August! Gives me one year! Any help would be helpful!

I am going on 7 weeks post op from lapband, and I'm due for my period and I'm 10 days late, no symptoms of period coming, I'm emotional and just feel cranky, tired and craving food! I've taken two pregnancy tests at home both have been negative is there anyone else who has experience being late after surgery I had it normal last month!

Was banded on Monday! And I'm almost to my one week mark to go visit the doctor again, I need some suggestions on stuff to have for liquid diet!! I feel like I need something other than pure liquid... I've tried protein shakes I drink them Once or twice a day I can't finish much of them because I feel full very fast. Any ideas on some liquids or something that you have within the first week?

Go back for follow up one week post op tomorrow! I've lost 15.3 pounds already since Monday my surgery!! I'm so excited!

I lost 8 but gained it back by surgery!

Awesome thanks so much! I just am so bored with only propel and water and protein shakes I'm Going to switch it up with protein shakes I think!

Hello I was just banded on Monday March 3rd and my 21st birthday is on March 20th.. So is this too soon to have a first drink of alcohol if not what would you recommend I drink?

Today I will officially be banded!!

I'm new to all of this, just downloaded this app, I'm scheduled for my surgery this coming Monday!
