Many of you are asking about better tasting protein shakes. I went to the Vitamin Shoppe two weeks after I was sleeved & the store manager suggested for me to try a protein shake called Nectar. Nectar was on the list of protein shakes my doctor suggested. The store manager said Nectar was the most popular amongst bariatric patients. I bought the double stuffed cookie flavor.... it is YUMMY!! One scoop with 8 oz of skim milk is a total of 31 grams of protein! I highly suggest for you guys to try this brand! :-)

I had my surgery March 4th. I bounced back quickly! I was back to work two weeks later. No regrets at all! I've lost 25 pounds so far. Very happy!! Those of you that have had difficulties, I hope you guys get better soon. :-)
