One month out and still struggling a bit. Was very nauseated and had to have one trip to the ER for IV fluids and anti nausea meds. Now take a zofran every day which helps some. Get really nauseated after a few sips of protein shakes. Tried premier protein, muscle milk, unjury
Need to find something that I can tolerate. Working on water intake. When working, it is hard to squeeze that in. Also very constipated. I keep looking forward to things improving - any tips on when & how that will happen?
