Hi, my name is Pat Leighton and I am from Spokane Washington but we winter in Mesa Arizona from November to May every year. I have battled my weight since I was 14, before that I was a skinny bean pole.I am now almost 74 years old next month.. I have been on every diet out there and have successfully lost weight but within 6 months put it all back on plus more. My goal weight is 170 and I started my Pre Op diet almost two weeks ago as I am scheduled for Gastric Sleeve surgery on Tuesday the 26th, I will fly into San Diego on Tuesday the 25th.
I heard about OBC from a neighbor here in our resort 55 plus Senior Mobile Home Park. She had the surgery 8 months ago, is very pleased with it and says she would do it again., Most of my friends and family are against it and are very worried about me having it done. I do not have diabetes or high blood pressure or any other health issues but am so tired of YoYoing up and down.
So pleased to find this page and just read an account of someone's journey and found it very helpful and informative.
I am a little worried tonight as I have paid the full amount but when I got online my computer is unable to find the OCC web site so I am hoping I have not fallen for a scam. I did find this site so hope I am not being taken. Any information would be much appreciated. Pat
