My feet freeze all the time, even when I lie down and they are covered up with socks and blankets. I have lost approximately 80 lbs. It's all good but can't stand the feet freezing. Does it get better?

We skipped the puréed stage altogether. After we were able to get down 64oz of clear liquids, we could have high protein food. (Cat food like) wet so it would go down easy after chewing 40 to 50 times per bite. At day 4 I had a 1/4 cup not quiet full of Wendy's chili. As long as we chewed like we we're suppose to it was better than puréed. I didn't do carbs till after 6 months. We able to break our carb habit from the beginning. I still don't want to eat carbs because I will gain wt after just a few carbs.

Sleep apnea and sleeve surgery
mommab4 replied to Ramman313's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
By all means take your cpap but all call your sleep specialist and let them know your are having wt loss surgery. They will want to monitor your wt loss to see if you need changes. Everyone's experience won't be the same, pray for no problems but always play it safe with something as simple as monitoring your cpap. -
"I thought you did this yourself." ...?
mommab4 replied to Mrs.RRn's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Would you say to someone who had cancer or heart surgery " Oh I thought you did it yourself." The stomach is an organ which can not work properly. I feel like the sleeve helped me with gerd, type 2 diabetes etc. they have no idea what we have been through just to be healthier. I agree with the earlier post where she informed her what to do and what to expect. I have gone into my health issues to let someone know it was what was best me. It has changed everyone's negative tune so far . -

Sleep apnea and sleeve surgery

With as little as 3-5 lbs wt + or - can actually cause damage to the lungs. An auto cpap on the other hand adjust automatic to proper pressure. Your bariactic dr can prescribe that for you. You can exchange most parts with the same band such as resmed. Look up on line before you make a decision. -
Husband says No to me having surgery!
mommab4 replied to Mich4351's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I am 49 years old. I have struggle with my weight since my twins were born 24 yrs ago. My husband didn't want me to do it but I did. My point was I struggle for 24 yrs. I needed a game changer. I have lost about 70 lbs so far. If I could have maintained with diet and exercise, I would have already done it. I made the decision to do it for me. My husband has been supportive since I came home. I think yours will be too.
