im extreamly sensitive also with my fills i could not imagen getting unfilled and going back in to get the whole fill back id be dieing i have to go with max of .2 fill each time to give myself time to ajust to the fill and when i get tight i dont have a unfill i just dont eat. for the rest of the day just sip of extreamly small amonts of Fluid when im having a hard time keeping fluid down too. then the next day or so i just have watered down Protein shakes and i drink them slow one shake takes me about 6 hours to drink. I find it easyer on my stomack to do it that way cause the fill and unfill is hard on my band. hang in there youll find what works for your band its fusterating at times but once you get there youll love your band.

It was probably just the bite of food that went down when something goes down wrong for me i get the sharp pain right under my bra too.

hi I had surgery done oct 8 2007 I have 3.0 cc in my 10cc band and have lost 140lbs. I feel great! Totally diffrent person. I have not had to many problems with the band the only one has been getting to the sweet spot dr.said since i hardly have any in my band and im past my goal weight its hard to adjust me i had 3.3 in and it was just a little two tight after a week or so so he took out .3 of it now im good even though i want .1cc back in but its hard to just get .1 in I love my band more than i love food now lol

Im at exactly 3 cc's and thats my spot 14 months out and below goal weight :thumbup:

I hit my 7months on may 8th Im doing really good im at 105 lbs lost! I feel so great. I love my band iv been on liquid the last few days because of stomach irritation im still learning to slow down and just cause it taste so good doesnt mean i have to eat it all. I miss eating but I dont miss my 105 lbs.

Lost six pounds this week thank goodness cause I was stuck for a little while with no loss

I have lost 30lbs since oct.8th and have 3cc in a 10cc band.I have good restriction thank goodness

I couldnt follow my pre opt diet either because i was always thinking OMG Im not going to be able to eat this again! Was I wrong I can still eat it if i want it just now I really dont want it. I feel you on the cooking thing I HATE it I refuse to do it period. I mostly eat canned chicken tuna turkey with Red sause or green with cheese and sliced turkey from the deli with swiss cheese rolled into burrittos very microwave friendly stuff and you can order a egg at carls jr. for breakfast I am all about not cooking

It is exciting cant wait to get more so i feel more restricted !

I was so suprised it was nothing he felt around for a min I did a little sit up and i was dont it about 30 sec. I go back in 3 weeks for another fill.Im so exited i was expecting a little pain and it was less than having blood drawn.:whoo:

I felt the same way after mine. I even told the nurse Id rather have for more c-sections than have this agian. i was sick for the anesthesia and had bad gas pain. Im on day 5 now and feel pretty much normal except for a little soreness in the larger cut area. It gets much better

Hi Everyone I was banded yesterday 10-8 everything whent well was really sick from the anestia stuff but feel much better today I have lots of back and chest pain to. I was not expecting that I dont feel Hungery but i want to chew congrats to everyone else

I think the same thing yuck,why would anyone want to look at me but then in the same thought I think if he didnt like to see my fatness then he would not be trying to! So everythings good:)

I also had only the choice of two Dr.'s My first choice (did my moms) said he did not do banding he didnt see any benifits to it. So if you wanted to be banded you have to go to the other dr. to do it.So I considered just doing the bypass. But that little voice in the back of my head was telling me diffrently so I met with the other dr. And it confirmed for me that the band was what i wanted to do. The band is what iv been thinking about for the last 2 years but when the dr. puts that little doubt in your head it sucks! I'm 150 lbs. overweight with not other heath problems so I think the Band is right for me because i dont medically have to go so drastic with bypass to lose weight fast for my heath. I have time to lose. Hope I made so sense. Go with the little voice in the back of your head cause thats usally the ansewer. good luck

Hi Heather I also got my call on Thursday that I had been appoved and sheduled for for Oct.8 My stomach did a flop. Its real now Im going Oh boy its really real.

Mine is the same day! How exciting I cant wait Ill be thinking about you on the other side of the Coast.
